Job Description
Under the supervision of the Director of Commercial Services, the Commercial Services Manager would be responsible to supervise and extend support to MCH centers to ensure centers are providing high quality services and achieving desired service delivery targets and financial goals. Under business leadership of Director, the incumbent is responsible for closely working with support functions and MCH center managers to strive for overall business growth and financial sustainability of center business.



DUTIES/TASKS
  • Do close follow ups and support to MCH specialty managers in achieving financial and service delivery goals of the centers 
  • Ensure each center has developed monthly business development plan and monthly progress tracking in place to achieve monthly/annual financial and service delivery targets.
  • Ensure implementation and tracking of current/future business development initiatives at centers like referral scheme, incentive scheme, waiver scheme, client centric care and center branding guideline followed across centers as per MSI policy.
  • Do analyses of weekly/monthly/quarterly performance data of each centers and present to
  • Director for further business decision making.
  • Promote practice of cross learning, evidence-based decision making by documenting and sharing success stories, challenges and lesion learnt from different initiatives.  
  • Develop demand creation strategies and ensure implementation of center specific demand creation/marketing plan to increase client footfall and revenue generation for centers.
  • Conducts monthly/quarterly/annual review meeting with centers to assess the service progress, adjust plans, and draw lessons learned;
  • Coordinate with quality department and ensure that clinical services provided at centers are in accordance with MSI quality standard.
  • Work closely with quality department to ensure implementation of incident action plan, periodic competency assessment of staff, regular training and capacity building of staff and adherence to MSI protocols at centers in place.
  • Closely follow up with support functions to ensure centers are receiving timely support on supplies, human resource and facility improvement/maintenance related issues.  
  • Prepares monthly/quarterly/annual progress report and submit to the Commercial Services Director on regular basis;
  • Develop standard operating procedure (SOP) to standardize various business processes to maintain high quality service delivery standards and efficiency in service delivery at centers.      
  • Collaborates with support department to prepare center wise annual budget plan, procurement plan.
  • Ensures appropriate utilization of budgets and resources at center level;
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Commercial Services Director.
Team Management and Development
  • Ensure team working and knowledge sharing are facilitated. 
  • Ensures that all relevant staff is trained on appropriate development programs. 
  • Coach and mentor team members who are directly reporting. 
  • Develops performance targets with each team member, conducts performance evaluations and provides constructive feedbacks to the team members;

Qualification Requirements

Education
                    MBA/MPH/BA/BSC in public health/hospital management,
Business Management, Marketing or related field

Experience:
  • Two/four years of relevant experience in managing for profit private business, preferably hospitals/health facilities
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic young candidates eager to learn and contribute in sustainable social business development are encourage to apply.

Fixed term: One year renew based on performance
Salary:  As per MSIE Salary Scale
