Role & Responsibilities
  • The eCommerce Account Manager will serve as a key influencer in driving Danone online sales and eCommerce strategy for Singapore across e-retailers and e-distributor channels. This position is also responsible for meeting sales budgets and generating new programs and/or promotions to help increase sales.
  • Develops the business plan including the annual budget for eCommerce which will outline objectives, strategy, tactics and milestones to achieve overall financial goals and providing excellent online shopping experience.
  • Improving the conversion and digital experience of online websites and enhance their search ability and drive through to conversion and driving efficiencies to point of purchase.
  • Partner with Demand Planning and e-Distributors to ensure Customer Service levels are met/exceeded.
Main Duties & Function

Ecommerce accounts/customers relationship Management
  • Build Danone Specialise Nutrition business with key e-retailers (RedMart, Qoo10, Amazon, Lazada, Shopee) and manage customer strategy and relationship including e-distributor
  • Lead development and execution of annual Joint Business Plans, activation blueprint for all eCommerce client.
  • Identify and lead new business opportunities within the eCommerce space including marketplaces, pure plays and resellers/merchants.
  • Stay closely informed of competitive Ecommerce industry developments and provide competitive tracking, analysis and reporting.
  • Generates reports to compare and analyze the sales of each online account as required.
  • Monitors performance against the budget and tracks sales performance.

Promotion & Ecommerce Activation Management
  • Setting up of Perfect Online store according to Global Guidelines across all e-retailers.
  • Develop promotional strategy and ensure perfect promotion execution, ROI analysis and promotion plan optimization.
  • Ensure trade spend is within budget and KPI.
  • Negotiate media and better visibility on e-retailers sites such as banners,

Customer Engagement Activation
  • Analyze Ratings & views to further enhance the consumer experience.
  • Priority focus with driving activity that builds brand relevance & increases sales conversion.
  • Ensure the most engaging & relevant content is deployed across multiple retailer sites.
  • Oversees the day-to-day planning and execution of content across the websites including product & promotional merchandising, online marketing campaigns, banner design etc.

Cross Function Engagement & Co-ordination
  • Working with digital team to optimise SEO/SEM, content seeding for use on eCommerce partner sites.
  • Collaborates with the Brand and other teams to introduce advertising initiatives and new ideas on ecommerce platform.
  • Partner with Demand Planning and e-Distributors on forecast planning to ensure Customer Service levels/targets are met/exceeded.
