What qualifications do we require?
Every year we recruit thousands of college leavers. Although qualifications vary for each position, we have general requirements for trainee positions:
Mechanic
Apprenticeship, high school diploma, formal military training
Technician
Apprenticeship, high school diploma, formal military training
Specialist
3-year college or university diploma (engineering or technical discipline), formal military training
Engineer, geoscientist, consultant, support functions
Bachelor degree (engineering or technical discipline)
Researcher
Master’s degree or PhD (engineering or technical discipline)
